Don Prudencio Unanue Ortiz
Don Prudencio Unanue Ortiz was the founder of the Goya Foods Company. Artist Jessica LoPresti sculpted the piece in collaboration with project manager and designer, Maritza Hernandez, while working at the Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt Amrany.
The statue was cast by Alchemist Foundry located in Kalamazoo, MI.
